THE FRIENDLY FINE PRINT

Small print. Big promises.

Clear expectations for your project, your payment, your ownership, and your hosting. Nothing held hostage.

Version 1.0 · Updated 4 November 2026

Your page. Your property. Period.

One custom single-page website for $79 USD. The finished original custom deliverables are yours after completion, approval and full payment. We'll provide your website files without an additional charge. The first 12 months of GWOS-managed hosting are complimentary, and there's no hosting lock-in or exit fee.

1. Who we are and how these terms work

GWOS PeekPages is operated by Matthew Hill, trading as GrimmWare Operating Systems (GWOS), United States. Contact us at hello@getpeekpages.com.

These public terms describe our standard service. Each customer's written quotation/project scope and separately signed customer service agreement set out the specific project commitments. We confirm any agreed variations in writing. Nothing here removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

2. The service and price

Our standard introductory offer is one custom-designed, responsive, single-page business website for a one-time $79 USD fee. It may contain the agreed text, images, services, products, and links supplied or approved by the customer.

Extra pages, bespoke software, full e-commerce functionality, complex integrations, third-party paid services, and major changes beyond the agreed scope require a separate quotation and approval. We do not charge for additional work without agreement.

Prices are stated in USD. Card providers may use their own exchange rates or apply conversion charges. Any tax legally required to be disclosed or collected will be handled under applicable rules and shown or explained as required before payment.

3. Project process, revisions and delivery

After discussing the project, we agree the scope and schedule in writing. We normally request payment before design work begins. We create a preview, invite feedback, and make revisions within the agreed scope until the customer approves the result. Significant new requests can be separately quoted.

Schedules depend on agreed requirements, availability of customer materials, feedback, and reasonable operational constraints. We seek customer approval before publishing the completed site.

4. Ownership and handover

Our signed customer agreement assigns the rights we own in the original custom deliverables created specifically for the customer's project after completion, approval, and full payment. Customers can use, modify, transfer, and independently host those deliverables.

Completed website files are provided without an additional delivery or exit fee. Customer-provided materials remain theirs. Third-party fonts, images, software, and other licensed assets remain subject to their licenses; pre-existing GWOS tools and reusable systems are not assigned. We provide the permissions reasonably necessary to use the completed site independently.

5. Complimentary hosting and renewal

As a thank-you, the first 12 months of GWOS-managed hosting cost nothing extra, beginning on the date the completed page first goes live with GWOS. Continued hosting after that period is optional, with renewal pricing communicated in advance. No paid renewal is made without the customer's authorization.

Customers may move their site elsewhere whenever they wish. We do not impose a hosting exit charge. Domain registration and future updates/maintenance are separate unless specifically included in the project scope.

6. Cancellation, refunds and statutory rights

To request cancellation, email hello@getpeekpages.com with your name and project reference. Before work begins, we generally provide a full refund. After work begins, any refund or amount due is assessed according to work performed, the signed agreement, and applicable law. If we cannot provide the agreed service, we offer appropriate remedies, including refunds when required.

Eligible UK consumers: Distance service contracts can carry a 14-day cancellation period measured from contract formation. Where the rules apply, we provide the required pre-contract information and cancellation form. We will only begin covered services during that period after the legally required express request; statutory rules determine any proportionate charge on cancellation and the conditions for loss of cancellation rights after full performance. These protections do not necessarily apply to all business-to-business purchases.

To cancel when eligible, you may send any clear statement to our email. The following model notice is an optional way to do so:

Nothing in our policies excludes mandatory consumer or other statutory rights.

7. Content, customer responsibilities and privacy

Customers must have permission to use materials supplied for the page and should check that information approved for publication is accurate. We will not knowingly publish private details without approval.

Personal information is handled as explained in our Privacy Notice.

8. Contact and assistance

For payment, revisions, delivery, hosting, cancellation, or transfer requests, visit our support page, email hello@getpeekpages.com, or message us through the contact options listed there.

These are general published terms, not a substitute for a project-specific signed agreement. For transactions involving statutory rights or cross-border requirements, applicable law takes precedence.
