Frequently asked questions
What does the $79 USD buy me?
One custom-designed, responsive, single-page business website, with agreed-scope revisions until approval. Major extra features are separately quoted. Your first 12 months of GWOS-managed hosting are complimentary.
Can I have my completed website files?
Absolutely. After completion, approval and full payment, your original custom deliverables belong to you under the signed agreement. Ask us for the files at any time, with no file-delivery charge. Third-party licensed material remains subject to its licenses.
Can I host the website somewhere else?
Yes. You're free to move it whenever you like. No lock-in or exit fees. We can provide your completed files for use with another host; setup work by a different provider is outside the standard design package.
What happens when my free hosting year ends?
Continued hosting is optional. We'll communicate renewal terms and pricing in advance; you won't be charged for a renewal without authorizing it. You can also take your files elsewhere.
What if I'd like changes after approving my page?
Contact us with the changes. Revisions within the original scope are included until initial approval. Later changes and new features can be quoted separately, and we won't start extra paid work without your go-ahead.
How do I request a cancellation or refund?
Email hello@getpeekpages.com with your project reference and request. Our service terms explain our approach and preserve any applicable statutory cancellation or refund rights.
I have a billing question. Who do I contact?
Email us with the business name, payment date, and a brief description of the issue. Never email full card numbers. We'll help investigate payment or receipt questions.
Can you build me a shop or a larger website?
PeekPages is intentionally a compact, single-page service. We can link to your existing store, booking page, or ordering system where practical. New functionality or a larger site may need a separate scope and quote.
